AMMAN GRANITES a name attained by one simple but yet powerful Philosophy “DEDICATION FOR COMMITMENT AND QUALITY”. This Philosophy belongs to Mr. MUTHU RAMASAMY, a man of vision for the success of Amman Granites.
It was started in 1987 in Harur as a small family enterprise. Initially, the unit was started in a small way to handle about 30-40 Containers per annum for USA and JAPAN market. Now, it has grown up to handle about 600 containers per annum, manufacturing different kinds of monuments to various countries like GERMANY, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, NORWAY, UK, CZECH REPUBLIC and USA.
Amman has got the complete infrastructure with latest advanced imported machineries from Japan, Italy, Germany & France for the perfect processing of the marvelous stones. This includes the “Goldmann - Germany “sand blasting machine - to do ornamentation work, and “Pelligrini - Italy “robotic machine to do the “CAD “designs of any intricate work, which are manually not possible on the granite stones. Of course, apart from the machineries, we have the dedicated skilled workforce to bring out the stated & implied needs on to the gravestones. Periodically, a part of our TEAM is given in house Training by Foreigners to know the advanced skills in hand carving & sand blasting ornamental works.
Amman have got our own quarries in certain colours, particularly in Premium Indian Black.  We have got three of our own quarries producing about 200 CBM per month. We do have about 50 granite colours in our inventory, readily available to cater the needs of customer. This includes the foreign colours like Blue Pearl & Emerald Green from Norway, Halmstadt / Bararp from Sweden, Olive Green, Nero Impala from South Africa, and so on.
